Welcome to the e-Learning Course on Gambling Harms for Professionals

Here, the focus is on awareness raising  of gambling harms amongst the target group (also others than youth, e.g. parents or authorities). Furthermore preventive measures are introduced and recommendations for policy changes are given. Additionally this section assists in organizing prevention campaigns with the help of young volunteers.  

We’ll cover the myths and misconceptions around gambling, explore gambling trends, and look at how gambling behaviors can develop and worsen over time. You’ll also learn about the role of gambling advertising and its impact, as well as protective measures and responsible gambling practices.
